From the Beginnings to the Present

2006 – The Founding of conzept-art

In 2006, Christoph Peter founded the sole proprietorship conzept-art in Eschlikon TG, specializing in plastering and painting. From the very beginning, the focus was on versatility and close customer relations. Every project was approached individually and carried out with tailor-made solutions. Bureaucracy was deliberately kept to a minimum to ensure customers an uncomplicated and efficient process.

2008 – The Creation of PETER & STETKA GmbH

In January 2008, Philipp Stetka joined the company as a new partner, and the firm was transformed into PETER & STETKA GmbH. This step laid the foundation for further growth. In a highly competitive market, we were able to distinguish ourselves through high quality, reliability, and fair pricing. Both small jobs for private customers and large-scale projects were carried out with the same care and precision.

2017 – Introduction of the Algenmann and Farbenmann Brands

In 2017, Philipp Stetka developed the Algenmann façade cleaning system and founded the brands Algenmann and Farbenmann. He created the complete concept and all the structures that still form the basis of the company today. By combining plastering and painting with innovative façade cleaning techniques, we were able to offer our customers a service that remains unique to this day.

From the start, sustainability was a central concern. After introducing the 5-year guarantee, he developed a comprehensive maintenance contract model to ensure that façades remain in perfect condition for many years – long-term, value-preserving, and environmentally friendly.

In addition, he succeeded in building a network of partner companies that consistently implemented his philosophy and structures. This expansion enabled dynamic, scalable growth and turned the system into a success model far beyond the original region.

2023 – Transformation into Algenmann AG

In 2023, another significant step was taken: PETER & STETKA GmbH was rebranded as Algenmann AG. At this time, Christoph Peter left the company to start his own business. We are pleased that he continues to work with us as a partner. With Schmid Holding AG as a new strategic partner, we gained valuable support.

Markus Schmid, CEO of Schmid Holding AG, played a key role. His expertise and experience allowed us to further optimize our corporate structure, streamline processes, and take our company to the next level.

Today, we operate throughout Switzerland and continue our success story with great strides.
